Billie Eilish (Phineas and Ferb style)

I drew pop sensation, Billie Eilish, in the style that the characters of Disney Channel’s, “Phineas and Ferb,” are drawn in. It was inspired by the karaoke video of Dan Povenmire, the voice of Dr. Doofenshmirtz, dubbing the Billie Eilish song, “Bad Guy.”
